Jam-Packed Spring Full Course Dinner

This plan includes our jam-packed spring full course dinner which uses a combination of seasonal dishes and local ingredients from Oki’s abundant nature which you can enjoy in privacy thanks to our one group-per-day policy.

As a private stay with the entire building for rent, this accommodation is set on spacious grounds surrounded by the island’s natural beauty.

For dinner, the chef will call over to serve Italian cuisine, incorporating the island’s seasonal ingredients into their cooking.

For breakfast, we will prepare a Japanese-style set breakfast featuring ingredients from our very own vegetable patch.

We provide a welcome drinks service where you may receive a complimentary drink of your choice upon arrival. Our original cocktail or island’s local specialty of Kuromoji, a fragrant leaf similar in smell to rosewood. The flavour is typicall describes as slightly sweet, fresh and woody.

As well as being equipped with an espresso machine, we also provide sencha green tea from the long-established Kashima Chaho located in Matsue, Shimane Prefecture.

-Handmade bath salts
We make our own handmade bath salts combining a mixture of Himalayan rock salt and citrus fruits. With a beautiful view of the garden from the bathtub, we invite you to fully relax and enjoy your free time with no distractions.

■In order to ensure you have a comfortable stay, we have provided the following amenities:
-A bookshelf containing a selection of literature
-A collection of yoga mats featuring a body-length mirror to aid your form
-Large-sized projector capable of producing both photo and video display
-In the garden, we have an open-air fire pit for gathering around together with your loved ones

■Wine Cellar
The wine cellar is installed in the living room, containing a selection of over 50 different wines available for your convenience.
Choose from the variety of wines, from time-honored traditional single-vinyard wines to gentle, natural wines crafted with care. They are available to purchase at any time during the course of your stay.

■Wine pairing:
For dinner, the chef who is the sommelier, can provide wine pairings best suited to your courses. They will tailor the wine pairing experience to your taste, so please insure to let them know of your preferences in advance.
