● 8 nights or more before your stay: free of charge
● 3 nights or more before your stay: we will reserve 30% of the total fee
● 1 night or more before your stay: we will reserve 50% of the total fee
● No show/cancellation the night of: we will reserve 100% of the total fee
※No cancellation fee will be charged in the event of ferry, high-speed boat, or flight cancellations.
※After receiving your cancellation notice, we will contact you separately with the amount and payment details.
